Making meetings memorable.

Finding a way to get hundreds of event attendees to be excited to participate is quite the challenge.

Managing everything behind the scenes so it feels flawless. That’s where I come in.

The Project

We were tasked to integrate gamification into three national sales meetings that both encouraged the sales force to participate in the event as well as show leadership and the professional education team an increase in product knowledge.

The Results

  • Measurable data - After the event, every answer that was made during the breakout sessions were analyzed to show an overall increase in correct answers from the start of the event to the end.

  • Active participation - Since gamification tasks were sprinkled throughout the event, we could see the trend of participation over time, spiking at the breakout session post tests. Additionally, pairing certification with point caused an influx of participation when scores were being tallied before the game closed.
